Addressing the Opioid Epidemic: It Takes a Team

This session will provide an overview of what health centers in Michigan are doing to address substance use disorder across the state, including best practices and example work flows. Two health centers will share how they are using an interdisciplinary team to treat substance use disorder. They will highlight how to implement a program, share policies and procedures, discuss SBIRT implementation, and provide thoughts around harm reduction.
